Thank you to OCI for having us cater your holiday party this evening! The decor and event was beautiful and coordinated so well by the The Laurels. We were happy to be able to send the working OCI crew the extra food and involve all of those on the team who were unable to attend. Lauren and her staff did a fabulous job. Thank you to Greg and Louisa for doing a great job behind the bar. Thank you to our wonderful staff Franny Riley, Audrey Taliaferro, Austin and Stephan Oubre. It was a memorable evening with pictures to come soon!

We put together 13 over the top boards for the beautiful 409 Cares event held on Friday! It was a collaborative measure of so many hard working volunteers and businesses. The boards included ribs, smoked turkey, and brisket, a variety of summer sausage and Texas twinkies from . We added a variety of cheese, summer fruit, pickled vegetables, baked goat cheese with cherries and pistachios, caprese salad with sweety peppers, brown sugar herb compound butter, caviar, chive and truffle salt boiled eggs, melon & prosciutto skewers and marinated feta and olives 🫶🏻
