Try out the farmers daughter in nellysford in shopping center they have a selection of frozen and fresh seafood , produce, jams, Kelly's , salsa, sauces , rice , grits , fresh salads shrimp, potato, cauliflower, slaw, artists stuff, fresh bakery bread and desserts . I highly recommended checking them out open 10 to 6 Wednesdays thru Saturday great people and service and they sometimes steam there seafood for lunch pickup.

I do personal chef services and can come and do dinner for you and your guest with a two week notice and of course if I'm not already booked . I also do individual meals to go from my business generally 10 dollars a meal which includes a protein , starch and vegetables. Seafood cost a little more that's 15 a meal for pickup with a 2 day notice .

Me and Emily castillo catering a party in old stoney creek repeat customer from 2019 great time for everyone pumpkin carving for kids and fire pit for adults and plenty of food and drinks Emily and I served pulled pork , mac and cheese, roasted red potatoes with peppers , sauteed and oven roasted mixed vegetables , hotdogs, Halloween decorated cupcakes, and bitesize brownies, with tea and lemonade good time had by all.

For twelve nice ladies it was five courses . red kayle salad, lobster bisque, fried green tomatoes over red corn grits with Cajun aioli and skirt steak with chimi Cheri sauce with garlic red skin mashed potatoes and baby broccoli and key lime pie and cream puffs.

My father's day belated dinner for my dad I fixed steamed pink Argentina shrimp, sauteed sea scallops on a bed of mixed greens seasoned with champagne ginger and oil , tomato seasoned rice , golden tile fish with a mango salsa, sauteed brussel sprouts and asparagus tips and hush puppies .

Well folks been away the last week on a mini vacation with wife . we went to myrtle beach she had a nurses confrence there and I drove her and had some fun while I was there and picked up some fresh caught Seafood to bring back ,nothing like going to a seafood market and getting fish and shrimp and scallops caught that morning.

I would like to say please support your local food and bar places so they can stay in business and keep their employees ,if you don't feel safe staying their place a takeout order many have curbside or place a delivery order if you live in a area that delivers we need to keep these places in business because they usually employ most of the people thanks

The wedding I catered last night in mineral va . on the menu pulled pork, pulled chicken, baked beans, mac and cheese, corn on cob, potato salad ,Cole slaw, and garden salad. I got many compliments on the food and the bride and groom were very happy which is what counts many they be blessed in their life together

Yesterday's canning nectarine jam 6 half pints and 12 quarter pints and peach jam 18 half pints and sliced Asian pears 3 pints and 18 half pints and today a cherry pie for Nina my wife to take back to Richmond tomorrow
