Got the privilege to smoke yesterday with my bud Chad Marion for NEO baseball team. Made enough ribs and chicken for about 150 people and 40 boys cleaned it all up. What a great bunch of boys and coaches! Looking forward to the next time!

Newest addition. Finished it yesterday. This is a reverse flow smoker. Both sliding trays will come out so I can do a whole hog on the bottom tray or do normal smoking using both trays OR use it as a charcoal grill. Sounds great in theory. Hopefully it works!

Big Thanks to Matt Whited and Kendall Stuckey who brought an Axis deer and a wild pig from a recent Texas hunt for me to smoke. These meats are unbelievable smoked! I was stunned at the taste. Not what I was expecting!! Look at that smoke ring!!
