We’ve been MIA this last week because we had the most amazing opportunity to be apart of a Pioneer Trek with our church. It was probably one of the most rewarding, spiritual, and bonding moments in our lives!! We loaded up 2 reefer trailers, our food truck and a hallmark trailer with about 15,000lbs of food (yes roughly 15,000lbs) and set for the desert for 4 days!! We fed almost 500 people everyday! 3 meals a day, a snack and a dessert. Let’s just say they didn’t go hungry. We had the most AMAZING committee to help make this all possible and friendships made that will last a lifetime. When you have the opportunity to serve DO IT!! The blessings will be with you forever.
