So I made these wonderful little things for church Sunday and I have had so many compliments.. I can't take all the credit I found the recipe and tried it.. well of course I modified it 😁
Makes 24
2 pks of Sara Lee sweet rolls
2 eggs
1 cup of milk
Tsp of vanilla
1 cup of brown sugar
2 tsp of cinnamon
Take your rolls and on the side push a hole through.
Get a non stick skillet and add butter (not oil)
Take the brown sugar and cinnamon place it in a bowl and mix and set aside.
Take eggs, vanilla and milk and whisk together.
Dip each roll in the milk and egg mixture then place in the frying pan, cook each side.
Take them from the pan and roll them in the brown sugar and cinnamon mixture and set to the side
When every roll is done
Pipe in the cream filling
Garnish with powder sugar 😁
*For the cream fill*
1 cream cheese
1 box of vanilla pudding instant
1 cup of milk
Mix all ingredients together
