The glitz and glamour of food truck life….Spent the day De-Winterizing the Hey Paisan Wagon, prepping for the season and license inspection. RIP to my water heater who sadly did not survive the winter and now sleeps with the fishes🤌 easy fix!

If you missed out on the Sausage & Peppers at the NA Farmers’s Market come on by the Hinson Family Amphitheater Sunday the 24th.
The food truck area is open to the public 6:30pm to 9:30 ish.
NAHS is putting on a production of Something Rotten in the Amphitheater so it could be dinner and a show if you want.
Or just pick up some dinner from one of the trucks and support your local food truck scene!
