โจtest, test, test. We are running all the tests and double checking all of our equipment beforehand to make sure everything is working perfectly and looks and sounds amazing!
โจPrepping Music. We are making sure we have all your must plays and special dance songs downloaded and organized; as well as building playlists to reflect your musical taste and preferences.
โจCoordinating with other Vendors. Whether itโs sharing timelines, confirming details, or simply introducing ourselves: ensuring weโre on the same page with everyone and ready to help in any way we can is an important part of our role. Weddings are a team effort!
โจShowing anyone who will be using a mic how to use their mic properly. There is a right and wrong way to hold a mic, and we want to make sure everyone can hear those special speeches loud and clear ๐ค
โจTroubleshooting. When you work with as much technology and gear as we do, things will inevitably malfunction at some point; but we are trained and prepared for these scenarios. You wouldnโt believe how many times some little thing has gone wrong and we fix it right on the spot without anyone ever noticing. ๐
