Back home which means my co-pilot is back in his happy derpy place.

I feel a bit overwhelmed with all of the "real life" work that needs done, especially with Walk of Love being insanely busy over the next month with wedding gigs. Trying to take some "small bites" today and not overdo things, reminding myself that I am still healing and nowhere near 100% - I have to teach Commander Data how to sort through voiceover jobs or something. Damn him and his cuteness and complete lack of opposable thumbs!

I am so blessed to get the opportunity to know Samu Anoa'i as I broke into the wrestling business. I believe Pops would approve of how much I have tried to honor the Business and the amazing people that by the Grace of God have tried to help me to learn, grow, evolve, and get to a place where I can pay it forward. Just like Lia Maivia.

Having legit Hall of Fame people put over this "on the fly" show was amazing.

Follow up tomorrow for the neck. Probably (definitely) pushed it too hard driving to Indiana and singing a week after surgery but it wouldn't be me if I said "I can't do it" A rare public show for Walk of Shame on Saturday and then hopping a plane to Vegas to do some wrestling stuff around the Cauliflower Alley Club events. Very excited for the next few weeks, including some gigs in Key West at the end of the month.

(July 12th, 13th, and 14th) Solid variety/cover band setlist - lots of popular 80's and 90's rock with some classics and country mixed in. An opportunity for more consistent work also available. Vocal ability a big bonus. Short outdoor shows - easy setlist. $250 per gig or $900 total with a bonus if you can do all three.

For example - You might assume that Bruce Springsteens "Born in the USA" is about being proud to be born here in America. It is not.

Neil Youngs "Keep on Rockin in the Free World" paints a picture about how NOT free we are.

"Pink Houses" by John Cougar Mellencamp? Ain't that America indeed... talking about systemic racism and how this country is rigged.

Want some advice? Open with "American Girl" by Tom Petty, play the Lenny Kravitz cover of "American Woman" and then play Miley Cyrus "Party in the USA" for 2 hours straight.

I am hiring a band and a band leader.

For 16 years, I have been the face of Walk of Shame and Walk of Love but it's time to give someone else the keys to the castle. I'm at a point where I am getting so many gig opportunities that I simply can't cover them all. That's where you come in.

These are all high end weddings, festivals, casino gigs, etc. That means they are also high paying shows. The gigs are booked, but I need a band! My strength and focus should be on the management and booking side of things, and I need someone to handle the MUSIC side. Is that you?

I'd love to talk to you. Also need some "hired guns" for upcoming shows on guitar, bass, and drums.
