Things we offer:
�** New Construction bridal suite**��
�Camping area for guests.
�Four separate ceremony sites (two fully covered in case of rain).
�Two separate dinner locations (both covered in case of rain).
�A full cash bar - this means you don't have the burden of

bringing in water, soda, or alcohol for your special event! You can also work on a fixed bar budget, or not provide anything at all, it’s your choice.
�Rental includes FRIDAY/SATURDAY/SUNDAY. We want you to have time to set up and take down, taking the stress out of things. Most, if not all venue's attempt 3-4 Events per week, we don't believe in a "rushed special day."
�One of the lowest "walk in rates" for a rustic, Amazing Barn venue.
�3 Gorgeous crystal chandelier's.
�Restrooms on premise - you aren't required to rent or provide.
�Over 40 acres of rolling hills and woods offering the perfect setting for pictures on premise - no traveling.
�No forced use of vendors - you plan your day, the way you want it.
�Restrooms available with running water and flush-able toilets (often not offered by barn/outdoor venues)
