Elizabeth and Kevin’s wedding day was filled with meaningful moments and a whole lot of joy. It kicked off Elizabeth and her bridesmaids getting ready together. We even had a familiar face of a past PNP bride in the bridal party! (Hi Allie!) After some excellent pizza and with all the hair and make-up looking flawless, Elizabeth dressed herself so that she could have a dress reveal for her mom and sister. As Elizabeth stood in her gown, ready to reveal her look, her mom’s tears of happiness said it all. That emotional moment was just the beginning of a day that would be full of love, laughter, and family.
While Elizabeth was sharing her special moment, Kevin and his groomsmen were having a more relaxed but equally meaningful start to their day. They gathered for a quick toast, celebrating not just Kevin’s big day, but the friendships they’ve built over the years.
Finally it was the moment we've been waiting all morning for, the first look. Kevin patiently waited for Elizabeth, confident that she'd look amazing no matter what. Her reveal brought tears to his eyes as they transitioned into reading their vows privately together. The vows were deeply personal, full of emotion, and the perfect way to start their journey together before the ceremony even began.
One of the most thoughtful decisions of the day was the couple’s choice to take all their formal photos before the ceremony. This allowed them to enjoy the cocktail hour with their guests and not feel rushed. The photos were relaxed and full of joy, capturing the beauty of the couple and their wedding party in a way that felt both authentic and timeless.
The ceremony itself was especially meaningful, as Elizabeth’s brother officiated the proceedings. His words, filled with love and warmth, brought both laughter and tears. Afterward, during the reception, the couple honored their families with a candle lighting ceremony, a touching way to show gratitude for the love and support that had shaped them both. It was a moment of reflection and connection that set the tone for the rest of the evening.
As the night went on, the reception became a lively celebration of love and friendship. The dance floor was packed with people singing along to Blink-182’s “What’s My Age Again,” and the energy was contagious. Before the night ended, Elizabeth and Kevin allowed me to set up a final night photo, and their patience with the complicated lighting setup was so appreciated. The result was a stunning shot that perfectly captured the magic of their day—a perfect ending to a perfect wedding.
