We have officially purchased the land for Nice Bite Ice Cream, we have been approved by the city to build, and construction is set to begin in just a couple months.

This marks the start of a vision rooted in our passion for clean, high-quality ingredients and a commitment to creating a welcoming, community-focused space. Nice Bite Ice Cream will feature thoughtfully crafted ice cream made without artificial flavors or unnecessary additives—just simple, honest ingredients.

In addition to the ice cream shop, we’re also building a flexible event space designed to host celebrations, gatherings and parties. All Double Platinum DJs entertainment and decor resources will be available and offered in the event space.

Double Platinum DJ boasts an impressive collection of chandeliers, offering endless possibilities with varying lengths, lighting options, materials, and sizes. We recently transformed the Jan Serr Studio for a wedding, suspending four exquisite lit crystal chandeliers from the soaring ceilings. Our team expertly customized the installation height to create a breathtaking atmosphere, mounting the chandeliers approximately 10 feet above the floor to maximize visual impact.

We successfully relocated 310 chairs from our warehouse to Discovery World to the Calatrava despite numerous obstacles, including Summerfest gridlock and excessive foot and vehicle traffic near the loading docks, and a lack of parking spaces.

This is our truss mounted mirror ball backdrop. We can custom build it any height/length. This setup it 16ft wide and 9ft tall with a metal disc backdrop behind the mirror balls. We can also do white or black fabric for the back layer of the backdrop. The truss can me exposed, covered in white scrims or illuminated in any color. Also, the mirror balls can stay static or we can add spin motors to some or all the mirror balls.
