Beyond GRATEFUL for all that joined us for Thanksgiving last week!

"For Thanksgiving this year my family and I decided to do things a little differently. Instead of cooking, we had dinner at a restaurant instead. My sister recommended FLAME so that's where we went, and the food was absolutely delicious. They had traditional Thanksgiving dishes buffet style and a few not-so-traditional dishes.

I had a small salad, prime rib, beef tips in gravy, mac and cheese, rice and gravy, cornbread, a fried chicken wing, and a strawberry cake for dessert. Each item exceeded my expectations.

At the end of our meal, the chef came out and spoke to us. He was very personable and I like it when the chef is confident enough to come ask you how the food was. He got no complaints from me. I'd definitely go back because the whole experience was very positive."

We LOVE an A+++ 🔥 review!!
"This has to be the best caterer ever! Last night we were at a Marine Corps Ball with over 700 people. The staff was phenomenal and the food the best we have EVER had! The hor d'oerves not only flowed but continued to be refilled all evening from start to finish at the end of the night. Platters of fruit, cheeses, crackers and more served all of us throughout the evening. Mouth watering beef and delicious chicken, fabulous mashed potatoes and carrots that were wonderful. I cleaned my plate and I NEVER eat like that. My food allergy to onions was not only watched carefully but none of the food served had any onions at all! Bravo to the entire staff especially Ms. Garner who worked with us when my husband called as this is the only caterer to consider when I'm in the area. Thank you from all of us!! A+++"
