Orders will be ready the morning of the 14th; limited delivery available the early afternoon of the 14; along with 1 downriver meet up location.

Follow me! I do the menu planning, the grocery shopping, the prep! It comes grab and go containers ready to microwave. The menus change weekly for both snacks and meals to keep healthier foods interesting.

This is not diet food, not a no carb keto anything plan just simply healthier meals that are still delish!

The weekly package comes with 4 meals and 4 snack boxes but i have plenty of customers who customize their package to fit there needs.

Pick up is Monday afternoon at wick and pelham. Meals and snacks are all prepped fresh on Monday.
