Want to meal prep but between the cost of groceries and the time its just not worth it?
Hate cooking, spend a ton eating out and eating crap?

Follow me! I do the menu planning, the grocery shopping, the prep! It comes grab and go containers ready to microwave. The menus change weekly for both snacks and meals to keep healthier foods interesting.

This is not diet food, not a no carb keto anything plan just simply healthier meals that are still delish!

The weekly package comes with 4 meals and 4 snack boxes but i have plenty of customers who customize their package to fit there needs.

Pick up is Monday afternoon at wick and pelham. Meals and snacks are all prepped fresh on Monday.
