Are duck eggs really better than chicken eggs? 🥚 Did you know that duck and chicken eggs have a protective layer on them if you don’t wash them? This protective layer helps them last longer in your fridge. Ducks eggs are a little dirtier since they aren’t like chickens that lay in a box. If you grab a dozen that says not washed then just wash them before you use them. 🩷
