Topic Tuesday- Toxins

Part of the Andy Frisella's "75 Hard" is eliminating alcohol and drinking a gallon of water...

Why did he require that in the challenge?

To remove Toxins!

Alcohol, of course we all know, is a toxin for the body and more importantly, the mind... The excessive water is flashing out many other toxins, but also oiling the engines -brain, gut, heart...

The other part of the rule, is only water.. and hopefully the diet you follow eliminates sugars and fake food (ultra processed)... This would greatly reduce your toxin intake.
