Hello friends! It is a Christmas miracle that I’m able to get a signal let alone jump on Facebook 😊 we are away in Ireland and if you’re not up on International weather, there have been hurricane strength storms here and we are without power/water etc.

I have received a few messages here and if you’re trying to contact us through the KNOT or our website, etc. please know we will get back to you as soon as you can!

Hi! I'm Amy Braido, and my lifelong passion for serving others has led me down two beautiful paths. Using my 30 years of experience in the hospitality industry, I founded Twist & Stout Mobile Bar Experience, bringing exceptional, client-tailored event bar service to celebrations throughout Michigan, Northwest Indiana, and Chicago.

We have the privilege of serving people in their most joyful moments, while my true calling extends to those in their most vulnerable ones. As a mother to both biological and adopted children, this passion inspired me to establish The Echo Foundation, Inc., which supports orphanages in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, and assists foster families in our local communities.

By dedicating a portion of Twist & Stout's profits to this vital work, every celebration we serve becomes part of a greater purpose. Through both ventures, I'm living out my deepest conviction: serving others isn't just what I do – it's who I am.
