True story… I just got off a great coaching session with one of my executive clients. She came to the call, feeling very overwhelmed, sad and discouraged about her future in her job. Breaks my heart to see people suffering like this. 😭

We did an exercise together where we tapped into her peak state and practiced moving from her timid, overwhelmed state into her confident, confident and capable state. 💪
The energetic change was palpable.
