Until I figure out the name here are the deets….Icing- vanilla and banana cream whipped icing adapted from @lupitas__homemade_sweets recipe This recipe was super easy and very light. The frosting is stable for cool weather. I will try it again in the heat to see if it’ll hold up for a cookout but def a recipe worth learning!Cake- vanilla bean cake (adapted from @livforcake vanilla cake recipe on Pinterest), eggless and sugar free. The cake by itself reminded me of a diner waffle mixed with a pancake. The cake didn’t rise which was fine but the flavor was strong and definitely a keeper. This cake was super versatile. The @jello pudding flavors can be swapped out to fit your taste buds. The berries, mint and strawberry syrup helped to tie the presentation together and I was pleasantly surprised. *pats my back* you could add any toppings you want but the berries help to keep the cake light and airy. #cakedecorating #cake #caterer #catering #delaware #sugarfreedessert #baking
