We are super excited at the possibility of starting a 4-H Club at Shelby Floral!!!!

Who can join? Youth 5-19

What's it all about? Our group will focus on non living projects that can be displayed in the Exhibit Building during fair week August 2025.

We will focus on flower arranging, gardening, and baking to name a few. Overtime we will grow in the direction our group wants to grow while having fun and learning life skills.

Where/When? We will meet once a month at Shelby Floral starting in January to start, and then if interest is there we will head over to my farm in New Era to plant a garden.

This is a new group which is required to have 5 members from 3 different households, so send us a message and let's see if we can get this rolling.

We will be open normal hours this week, but Brad and Colleen will be sneaking out a few days to watch the kids show.

We are so proud of our little showman and the work he has put in this year. Good luck this week, Oliver! And a special good luck to Maggie as this will be her first year participating in the Parent & Me show class with her goat.

We would love to see you out at the fairgrounds this week. Be sure to look in the Horse and Goat barn for our pink poster and Ellie & Snow to say hello to Sami & Jason’s furry friends.
