Did you know that ANYONE can rent our romantic cottages??

That’s right!!!

Hidden behind Coolidge Family Farm are three quaint romantic cottages available to my couples on the weekends and ANYONE Sunday-Wednesday OR when I don’t have a weekend wedding.

Cottage 3 is shown below!! She’s 10x26 and has beautiful Ethan Allen furniture, Queen bed, Coffee bar (complete with coffee, tea, hot cocoa, sugar and creamers), a Seating area, full bathroom, robes, porch swing, fire pit, wood, games, a HOT TUB and spa towels!!

A perfect retreat for $300 per night from noon to noon!!! Addtl nights offered at a discount! ❤️

The other two smaller (10x20) Cottages are only $200! They are without the coffee bar and hot tub, but offer all the other amenities for a quiet stay. ❤️

If you’re interested in adding a Personal Chef dining experience in the farmhouse that would be an epic addition and avail upon request and availability.

I’ve also had 2-3 couples book Cottages together for quiet time when wanted combined with group fires and games! So much fun!!!

With spring comes the rebirth of our Mother Earth and babies!!!! Cottage 1 has three adorable robins and the Gambrel has three new cardinals!! They are so fragile and beautiful that I had to share!!! ❤️

‘TIS THE SEASON!!!!

Now that we’ve got some warm weather I’ve been tackling all the spring work at my properties to gear up for an incredible season of LOVE!!! ❤️

Our ‘grooms house’ next door is getting its floors sanded and poly’d….GORGEOUS!!!

Our Barn door and all the doors at the Farm have a fresh coat of ‘Barn Red’ paint!!

Our gardens will be planted and mulched this week!! Lawns have been leafed blown and will get a fresh haircut Thursday and everything raked! Fire pit cleaned, dump run made, and Barn is fully vacuumed!

And everything will be SPRING CLEANED!!!

Feels so incredible!!! Can’t wait for my first couple of the season to arrive Thursday to celebrate!! 🥂

I get so emotional over my Thank You cards, especially the second thank you cards I receive from my couples months after they get hitched. ❤️

Jordan & Martin were married back in September and I just got this incredible tri-fold ‘second’ card in the mail along with an AWESOME picture of us❣️ From day one we hit it off (like I do with most of my tours) and was shocked when they booked me because they had a much larger budget than most of my couples. They toured venues three times my price. So shocked I asked them ‘why me’? They shared that due to ALL that I offer (being a one stop venue) combined with my passion and inclusivity that they were sold. They could also put their hard earned funds into more for their guests like their drag show!! Planning with them was so much fun!! The pile of things they shipped to my house from California took two cars to pick up when they arrived!! Such a journey! Such an incredible couple!!! One that will stay with me forever. ❤️

I LOVE my job so incredibly much. I give everything to my couples and I’m so glad when it’s noticed and appreciated. It makes my sleepless nights worth it.

Being in this industry my entire life shows. Starting out when I was young working in my mom’s bridal shop. Fetching shoes, veils, jewelry and vacuuming the shop after hours. I was enamored by the beauty of it all. Then becoming a Notary over 20 yrs ago and being able to marry couples. What an incredible honor!! Onto being a server for Black Tie, learning how to bartend, becoming a Day of Coordinator, starting Maine Mixologists and buying my first van and growing it into a fleet of vehicles and bars, to building Coolidge Family Farm from the ground up and being a Planner for all my couples, to buying and restoring Coolidge Chapel, and building an empire of all things LOVE related. It’s been a journey of hard work, dedication, blood, sweat, tears, and SO MUCH JOY!!!!

Getting married at Coolidge Family Farm gives you more than just a venue…it’s an experience. It’s about love and family above all. It’s vintage, charming, and magical.
