Sautéed fresh roma tomatoes from Chmilewski Farm Stand in cast iron with fresh garlic and sliced red onions. Rendered down in Sherry and chicken stock and freshly picked basil from the Compound!

Sautéed some lightly breaded chicken cutlets then added to the fresh tomatoe Sautéed

Made a side of angel hair pasta, tossed in organic olive oil from Sovena and fresh garlic, salt n pepper!

Let's start the day with drinks..

Rasberry lemonade, ALB Vodka, fresh raspberries cocktail
Mimosas Orange juice topped with prosecco
Light lemonade with Hendericks gin, muddled with cucumbers, fresh mint and lemon cocktail

We've got grilled lamb chops
Flank steak with eggs
Chicken broccoli braided bread
Burratta with organic olive oil, pesto on bed of arugula and sides of olive and sun dried tomatoes
Breakfast sausage biscuit casserole
Water chestnuts wrapped in bacon
Bacon Cranberry sautéed Brussels
And so much more...

Threw this concoction together tonight

Mushroom raviolis
Sautéed fresh garlic, red bell peppers, fresh parsley in cast iron with avocado oil, a pat of butter, sliced some fresh compari tomatoes and sautéed for few minutes.

Added whole milk, a splash of my sauce and stirred in some yellow tail reisling

Brought to a boil, reduced heat, added the raviolis
Let sit with fresh shaved parm cheese

Superbowl pregame begins.... sneak peek

Thin chops sautéed in cast iron pan, seasoned with granulated garlic, pinch of kosher salt, pinch of black pepper, minced garlic, Cajun seasoning, drizzle of oil, couple of pats of butter. Removed and added splash of milk, more Cajun seasoning rendered until thickened, added pork back into pan. Removed and sauteed petite green beans and garbanzo beans in same pan with the drippings.
