Hi everyone!!

We are so grateful for all of the love and support. We just wanted to share some general info about our space.

Our capacity is 150 guests!
We are fully heated and air conditioned!
We have a seperate catering entrance and huge food prep area!
We have two indoor handicapped accessible restrooms!
We have a designated bar area!
We offer day event packages and wedding packages!

We still have availability for 2024 and 2025. We are also starting to book for 2026!

We can also schedule tours!

Hi everyone!!
We are so excited to present Ice Haven Properties!! We are an event facility on 23 acres in southern Nelson County. Our 150 capacity facility is a custom built, fully heated and air conditioned building ready for any special event you may have from weddings to birthday parties to family reunions!
