Founded in 1891 and housed in a stately Georgian mansion in the New Haven’s prominent East Rock neighborhood, the New Haven Lawn Club has long been a venue for the City’s most elegant social gatherings. As special today as it was to debutantes in the 1930’s, the Club’s distinctive architecture - including its ballroom’s barrel-vaulted ceiling, crystal Art Deco lighting, and checkered terrazzo floo

rs - has been carefully preserved to maintain the mansion’s timeless grace. Although the building itself is historic, NHLC Catering’s menu and event planning are anything but old-fashioned. Our sumptuous menus aspire to delight and surprise guests with international flair and creative use of fresh, seasonal ingredients. We also boast more complimentary parking than any other venue in downtown New Haven.

We're overcome with so many emotions while watching this video. Back in March of 2020, just as the world was taking a turn for some craziness, Regina and Mike were our first couple that had to postpone their wedding due to the chaos that was ensuing. After two rescheduled dates, everyone was finally able to come together this past September and celebrate a very awesome couple. People say "third time's a charm" and, in this case, they would absolutely be right!
