Honey pairs so well with almost any type of cheese. It is especially delicious with creamy textured cheese, spicy blues, aged cheese, or tangy and acidic cheese.
A drizzle of 🍯 adds the perfect touch of sweetness to balance out the flavors.
My personal favorite combo is “Black truffle cheddar” and honey.
