Today is the last day!!

As you know, we are going out of business and this is the last time we will be open to the public in any capacity. We sold out yesterday and it won’t last long today.

We have brisket and pulled pork by the pound and bottles of our sauce available for purchase. Our phones and internet are down, so CASH ONLY please.

Brisket - $19 per pound
Pulled pork - $14 per pound
12oz original or spicy sauce - $7
16oz original or spicy sauce - $9

Tomorrow, Wednesday, Jan 29th, and Thursday, January 30th, starting at 11am, we will have a limited amount of brisket and pulled pork available by the pound. It does not include sauce or buns. We will also have our sauce for sale for the first and last time.

Phones and internet are not active, so we will be accepting CASH ONLY!! Exact change is appreciated.

With heavy hearts, we want to let everyone know that we are no longer going to be able to be open.

We would like to thank each and every person who has walked through our doors. Whether you were one of our many regular patrons, or if it was your first time, we appreciate you.

We also like to thank the whole city of New Haven for making us feel welcome and such a part of our special community. From city hall to the train museum and Longbranch, the local government and businesses helped us spread the word and brought us many customers that we wouldn’t have otherwise had.

Last, but certainly not least, we would like to give a very special thanks to all of our employees. Without you guys, we never would have been able to make it this far. Each and every one of you will always have a place in our hearts.

We still have some brisket, pork and wings that we will be cooking sometime next week when the weather allows. We will post a day before it will be available and we will sell it by the pound until it is gone.

It has been such a blessing being able to share our passion of barbecue with everyone and hopefully one day, we will be able to give it another go.

🚨🚨🚨We were scheduled to reopen after two weeks off for the holidays, but have ran into a few speed bumps. We will be closed tomorrow (January 9) while we try to get back on track. 🚨🚨🚨

This weekend only!!! We thought outside the wrapping for this one. We incorporated the classic Christmas tree cakes that everyone loves into our famous banana pudding and topped it off with a dusting of green sugar and stripes of red icing.
