🚨🚨🚨🤫Super Secret Saturday 🤫🚨🚨🚨

Today we have TWO specials!!!

Back by popular demand, we will are bringing back the smoked chicken quesadillas. They start with a large flour tortilla, loaded with cheddar and Gouda cheese with smoked chicken and topped with our original barbecue sauce.

The second special dish is called The Dad Tax. It is our famous, made from scratch banana pudding, except instead of vanilla wafers, we used Reeces cups, Kit Kats and Hershey chocolate bars!

Each of these items will be limited to this weekend only and while supplies last.

🚨 Attention ‼️🚨

Effective immediately there will be a deposit for 50% of the total cost on catering orders. This deposit must be made within a month of booking the order. Your deposit will go towards the total cost. This is to protect us if orders get cancelled. There will be a cancellation policy which will be discussed at booking.

Unfortunately we have to do this to prevent losing A LOT of money when a catering order is cancelled. We prepare for very large events such as weddings weeks in advance to make sure we have everything we need to cater and serve your guests. We lose every bit of our own money we have already spent when a catering order is cancelled. We understand that emergencies happen, but just deciding to go with someone else and not telling us until the week of the event is not an extenuating circumstance.

Southern Smoked Peach Cobbler

This weekend we bring you a recipe that is not our own for the first time! We got this recipe from our good friend and fellow bbq competitor. David East with Double D’s BBQ made this at one of the competitions we go to and we could not get it off our mind. This is cobbler like you have never had before. This homemade from scratch cobbler is cooked on the smoker in an iron skillet and we only use cherry wood for a subtle, sweet and not overpowering flavor.

This is served warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream. Be sure to come by early for this because there will only be one pan today and one pan tomorrow!!

Due to the forecast for the rest of the day, we will be closing today (Friday 9/27) at 1:15. Reports of storm damage and power outages are coming in from all around and we expect to lose power in a best case scenario. At the moment, we are open and still and accepting orders, so please get orders in if you would like.

We will open for normal business hours tomorrow (10:30-8:30) as long as there are no issues.

Starting today we have a new appetizer available. These are cheese curd cubes that come from a very small business out of Wisconsin. They are honestly the best cheese we have ever had. So good, in fact, that we could not wait for a Super Secret Saturday to release them.
