There, he learned to

appreciate the importance of fresh ingredients and the magic of homemade meals. Today, he brings that same passion to CocoLito Cocina, where he creates dishes that are not only delicious but also authentic. Andrew was entranced by the vibrant flavors and rich aromas of Puerto Rican cuisine during his travels to the island. But what really struck him was how the Puerto Rican kitchen reflected the people, culture, and traditions of Puerto Rico. For both of them, food is more than just sustenance – it's a way to connect with others and learn about different cultures. Together, they decided to start CocoLito Cocina - to share their love of Puerto Rican cuisine with their community and create a space where people can come together to celebrate food and culture.
