We have an abundance of tomatoes so I will be taking pre-orders of smoked salsa and marinara to be picked up or dropped off on Monday. All the produce is fresh and pulled out of my organic garden🫶

There will be a slight change to our menu this weekend at Quarter Tavern due to the rising costs of brisket we will be removing the cattle dawg and replacing it with cajun cheese steak. We are working hard to keep our prices as affordable as possible and apologize for the inconvenience!

Just a few announcements this morning don't forget our first summer pop up will be next Saturday May 18th at Quarter Tavern we will also have samples and will be selling our award winning Mango Habanero bbq sauce! First and foremost let's give it up for our youngest team member who took first place in his category and won the kids division over all!!! Way to gor Jackson!!!! We took 3 rd in pro brisket and first in both the sides and bbq sauce category!!!
