So excited to welcome Colvin Creative Co. handmade earrings to the Pink Confetti Co. boutique! After falling in love with an adorable pair I found in another shop, I reached out to on Instagram hoping I could carry her earrings at Pink Confetti and she said “yes”! 😍

What I love about this collaboration is that each pair of earrings will be designed and offered just for the customers of Pink Confetti - ya’ll we have our own collection! One month until the best summer celebration of all 🇺🇸, though I’m a little biased - my daughter is a Fourth of July baby! Red, white & blue is beginning to pop up at Pink Confetti Co. and to kick it all off, we added this stars & stripes backdrop to our booth at the Painted Tree, come visit! Our signature handmade garland with the prettiest banner set = the cutest combination! Did you know we can create customized handmade party garland, banners and backdrops? Yes!

Rain, rain go away! So disappointed to have to reschedule a girls garden party we were hosting at Salisbury Studios this evening. Look at this gorgeous location tucked away in Midlothian!

When hosting an outdoor event, a backup plan is a must! We collaborated with the owner of Salisbury prior to booking to determine our options if the weather didn’t cooperate and made sure to communicate with our guests in advance of the party to let them know an alternative might be needed. We recommend making the call to cancel or reschedule an event at a minimum of 24 hours before party start time if not earlier in situations where weather might impact your ability to host outside.

Now there are some celebrations you just can’t move the date for - like a wedding, that’s probably not going to happen! When picking an outdoor location, determine the best plan B for a rainy situation, this is where an event planner can help guide you. Tents, reschedule or embrace, the party must go on - even if it’s on another day 😉
