Merita + Camilo 💕 I was complaining yesterday about how much I hate the Winter. The lovely woman I was speaking with ended up being a retired florist … obviously we chatted a bit. She reminded me that Winter is for doing all the things we don’t get to do during our busy season. - getting your hair done - actually meeting with friends rather than seeing them on an event set up - getting a mani & pedi - organizing our studio & warehouse - spending precious time with family that we’ve neglected all year 😖 The last thing she said was We need to let the flowers rest so that they can be beautiful again in the spring🥰 I think that’s what did it for me lol. While winter will never ever be my favorite season I hate it a little less than I did yesterday, but I’m still cold and a little cranky lol. Can’t wait to get back to sun filled days like this one.
