While I was away from the gram lol I had a chance to judge the students pop-up concept and it was such a wonderful time seeing their ideas and the excitement in their voices as they talked about their pop-up ideas. Super excited to see the winning teams concept come to life. 🥰 thank you .professor for the invite.

Our students just presented their incredible pop-up restaurant pitches, showcasing the creativity and skills they’ve developed over their time at NOCHI! From menu design to budgeting and concept ex*****on, this project was a labor of love from each of our groups.
This year we took things up a notch and had them pitch in McIlhenny Hall to not only their peers and instructors, but also an esteemed panel of judges. We want to give a HUGE thank you to them for taking the time to provide invaluable feedback to each group:
