Gulf Coast Crawfish Co. We are a New Orleans based catering company specializing in onsite Crawfish, Shrimp, and Crab boils!

Full-service catering for your on-site boils and backyard parties. We specialize in feeding small and large groups and can custom build a menu to fit your party or event. Gumbos, Jambalayas, Remoulades, Smoked and Grilled meats and just about any other type of Southern Food are no challenge for us and sure to please! Hot-boiled Louisiana Crawfish are our speciailty when in season(Dec to July) but

we enjoy cooking (and eating!) all types of boiled seafood. We are based in New Orleans, Louisiana but love to travel and can bring the boil to you! Our name is derived the home region where we were born and raised and garnered a taste for all things "Gulf Coast"!

I’ve been talking to crawfish farmers and wholesalers all morning. Here’s the deal……it’s a waiting game.

We’ve gotta let those ponds thaw out and then we may get a good catch for a few days. Then it gets cold again! It’s gonna be a little spotty for the next few weeks but rest assured, THIS WILL BE OUR BUSIEST CRAWFISH SEASON EVER! 🌞

We have plenty of time between now and June to throw a boil! 🦞

Just reach out sooner than later as we’re starting to get multiple booking requests per day….

Gulf Coast Crawfish Co. can custom build a menu for your special day! We work with a variety of specialty vendors and can make your food dreams come to life. Our average event prices are $17 to $26 per person. We don’t add unnecessary fees. Our food is a Deep South blend of Louisiana and Gulf Coast that can’t be beat. No frills, just great flavor. We use the freshest ingredients, right off the boat from the folks who fish and farm. We can accommodate small and large events and can cook 1000 pounds of crawfish per hour! We are licensed, insured and look forward to serving you!
