I am doing her yearlong online course, “Celebrating the Seasons” with farmers and florists from all over the world. What an incredible experience! Everything I used in this design was either foraged or locally grown . Feeling fortunate to have access to such talent and such beauty🧑‍🌾💚🌸

The event is sponsored by Presbyterian Women (PW) of , an amazing group of hardworking, inclusive, and caring women. This year’s overall theme celebrated life in New Orleans, and the tablescapes reflected everything from elegant al fresco dining to Carrollton Boosters ( ) to our ubiquitous potholes! 👏👏👏

When I was asked to do birthday flowers for a friend who also grew up around the cotton farms of Louisiana and Mississippi, I celebrated her background by adding cotton bolls into her arrangement. What a joy to do flowers for Happy birthday tomorrow dear Leah!
