Let’s get pumped! NOCCA celebrated a day with the Saints, with what else? A cook-off including special judges and family Chef Brigtsen, Chef Toups, Dairy Max, Chef “Dook” Chase, Chef Will Avelar, Chef Anh Luu, PJ Morton, Chef Jackie Blanchard, and the incredible players: Hall of Famer Michael Lewis, Khalen Saunders, Caeser Ruiz and Cam Jordan! Culinary students brought the energy, our jazz students provided some jam!

Since NOCCA's earliest days, faculty have stressed the importance of "the process"--the long hours spent planning a work, rehearsing it, receiving critique, and revising things that aren't quite right. That's where the process of creation really takes place.
