Today, I had the honor of sitting in a room full of Influence-Hers—Black women who are not just existing but leading, influencing, and transforming every space they step into. ✨ We are the blueprint. The ones out here doing the work in our communities, our industries, and our personal lives. To be invited, celebrated, and uplifted as a representation of Black excellence—it was nothing short of amazing. 🖤
This brunch wasn’t just an event; it was a moment—a moment to see us, beautiful Black women, celebrated for our brilliance, individuality, and power. Representation matters, and it’s about showcasing authentic, positive representation. Being in a room full of so much talent and brilliance reminded me of my own power and the light I shine on the world. ✨
And let’s not forget, we looked the part. ✨ Hair laid, faces beat, and outfits giving luxury, elegance, and creativity. 💅🏽 We were in there working the room like the true professionals we are—creating content, capturing beauty, and making memories. I bet Larry never thought we’d turn Morrow’s Steakhouse into a full-blown content studio, but oops, we did—on a brunch date! 📸🍴

The Jenkins love story is one of my absolute favorites. High school sweethearts Essence and Avery have shown us what true love looks like—steadfast, resilient, and timeless.
Their beautiful destination wedding in Port St. Joe, Florida, was meant to be the perfect outdoor celebration on their family’s property. We brought in vendors from New Orleans and also connected with amazing local vendors, making the planning process a bit more intense than usual.
But just like their love, we weathered the unexpected rainstorm together. The day was filled with joy, laughter, and an overwhelming sense of family. It was an honor to be their planner, designer, and to stand by Essence’s side, ensuring their day was as seamless as possible.
Despite the rain and immediate room flip, the love in the room was unlike any I’ve ever felt. Congratulations to my niece and nephew-in-law on the beautiful start to their forever. 🌧️💍✨
