Bittersweet moment: This will be my last menu for the foreseeable future as I step away to develop my new professional craft. I have accepted a full time position that I will start on 10/10. I want to thank everyone who supported me throughout the last year. It’s only befitting that we go out with a party. I will still be available for all your catering needs. Only thing I hate about cooking is deciding what to cook. Y’all help me out:

Option 1: Fried Ribs, Baked Mac, Candied Sweet potatoes, peach cobbler.

Option 2/3. Smothered/Fried Pork Chops, white beans, side salad, & cornbread,

Option 4: BBQ ribs, baked Mac n cheese, baked beans, potato salad, roll.
