We will only have one RTC this week at The Barn tonight at 6:30. There will be NO THURSDAY RTC in Bloomington due to our departure Friday morning for the Viper Pit Nationals. Tonight‘s practice will be late and low-key with drills and games. Address is above.

Great job Garrett Girls!

5 girls and 1 boy represented Team Indiana this past weekend at the always tough Heartland Duals in Iowa.
Leading the way was Kylie Asa who went 7-0 to earn All American and Team MVP honors! Results for the others:

🚨🚨🚨 CAMP INFORMATION!! 🚨🚨🚨

Here it is-return of our Summer camp! We have had great camps over the years. Last year we had 36 athletes as part of our camp! We are continuing to grow every year! Come be part of a great technique camp as well as get opportunities to prepare for Fargo or Next Season!

Additionally-get in front of college coaches- we have 8 athletes on our team currently who came through our camp systems!!

Last year’s attendees had success this season with - 1 NAIA All American, 1 NCWWC National Qualifier, 1 Fargo All American, 4 state placers, 3 more state qualifiers, 4 girls regional qualifiers and 1 boys semi-state qualifier.

It’s a great camp for individuals or teams! Come be part of what we are building at Tech!!

Got the good news of another addition from Ohio last week, but with the chaos of Nationals didn’t get to announce till today.

Help us welcome Katie Sawmiller from Convoy, OH as she joins the Warrior Army! Katie was a regional qualifier in Ohio and had a great first season of wrestling. She participated in other sports in HS as well but will be focusing on wrestling in college and we think she will have a great future in the Orange and Black! Welcome Katie to Tech!!

Two weights OPEN for Viper Pit. Get ahold of Coach D if you or someone you know wants the spot. Gear store will close Feb. 28. Please share.

Last chance before we start reaching out to other states as we try to fill our team with Indiana Girls first. Dual team spot is $65 and Gear(singlet shorts and shirt are $155. $220 total. Travel and an accommodations are on you. There is also a separate tournament the following day and we will stay to coach those girls as well. Gear order and team fee is due February 28 and anyone can order.

Tonight at The BARN. 6:30-8ish Tomorrow night at Bloomington North high school school. 6:30-8:30.

IGW is expanding its RTC’s. Beginning this week we will host two RTC’s. One is on the East side of Indianapolis and the other is in Bloomington. 6th grade and up please. Address for both locations is in the ad. Contact coach D. if you have any questions. Feel free to share and remember to bring a friend. Thursday’s practice will be with the IU Women’s Club team.

There are only 4 weights left to fill this years Viper Pit team. They are 55, 90, 95 and 100. Please reach out to coach D. or comment below if you or someone you know wants the spot. The tournament is April 5-6 in Wheeling, West Virginia and is Freestyle. Go to wrestleusa.com for tournament information.
