This SURPRISE Birthday Party and Statewide Reunion for 50 guests in Clearwater Beach was a smashing hit! Our guests requested a menu of their favorite Filipino dishes, so we handcrafted the flavors from scratch, creating our own stocks from fresh ingredients that simmered overnight, and delivered each tray with care. Then we fired up the grill so everyone could enjoy hot fresh SIGNATURE Filipino BBQ Skewers- this time with juicy chicken thighs. (They’re becoming more popular than the traditional pork bbq!!!) Thank you again to the celebrant, the family, and all the friends who gathered for inviting us to help you enjoy a beautiful moment together over food 🥰

You already know we’re cooking up something special whenever we hit up Brian and Rob at The Spice & Tea Exchange of John's Pass!! Sure we could use spices from any old grocery store but we choose to support quality local businesses who take care and pride in their work. You can actually taste the difference.
