Keep an eye out for this renovated property in
Madison Resorts is investing 7 million into two properties to a build out a new resort on the beach. Plans are to open it in phases next year. Great news for a great beach.

Madison Resorts said Tuesday it has acquired the Royal Hawaiian motel in Wildwood Crest for $13.4 million and plans to combine it with its neighbor, the former Oceanview Motel, to create what it says will be Cape May County's largest resort.

I had to post this announcement as I just found it interesting. Check out the world’s largest cruise ship, Icon of the Seas. This ship is a 250,800 gross-tons, and a 20 deck vessel. It is 1,199 feet long. This is truly massive!
The ship’s first official cruise is scheduled to depart Jan. 27, 2024 out of Miami.

Icon of the Seas has arrived at its home port of Miami, from which the ship will depart on its maiden voyage later this month.

In July 2023, the JW Marriott Dallas Arts District Hotel opened. This 23-floor luxury hotel has 267 guest rooms, an 11th-floor rooftop pool, and jaw-dropping views of the Arts District. It is located within walkable blocks from the Dallas Museum of Art, Nasher Sculpture Center, Crow Museum of Asian Art, Meyerson Symphony Center, Moody Performance Hall, and the Winspear Opera House.
Events of all sizes can be accommodated here with 22,000 sq. ft. of indoor and outdoor event space. The Harwood Ballroom, at 7,870 sq. ft., is the largest event space.
There are three dining concepts: Margaret’s, a ranch-to-table restaurant located on the 11th floor; the outdoor lounge Vincent’s Sky Lounge, with 40-ft ceilings and wrap around views and 800 North, a street level cocktail lounge, named after the hotels address.

Travel info: Dallas is served by two major airports providing daily direct flights from more than 260 US and international destinations.
