I own a 12x36 shed that was a dog kennel and I want to turn it into a workshop/ she-shed. We have already done a lot of the demolition , but needs work done. It has electricity and a window unit, but it needs to be insulated, drywall, flooring- preferably Luxury vinyl plank, and the loft up top made into a nice storage area. I haves mini split I want installed, as well. I’m looking to bid out the job and need to have an estimate of what it would cost to have it done.

A Vintage Affair at Lake Ashby Farms was sold in 2019 to Rhonda Sue Lathan and her daughter, Taylor Lathan. It is now known as Lake Ashby Farm. Things are a bit different now, and we are in the process of building a brand new barn to host events. We plan to be a community farm open to the public by the summer of 2021. Get ready for the petting farm, weddings, holiday parties, pumpkin patches, summer camps, and so much more! The new barn won’t be complete until 2021, but we are booking tours of the property for event rentals now on Thursdays and Fridays.
