Salmon Oreganata: Oreganata style refers to a mixture of breadcrumbs🍞olive oil🫒, garlic🧄, and oregano🌿. We bake ours in clam juice, add all the good stuff, place it under our broiler till it’s beautiful and golden brown AND THEN we add spinach and spaghetti with a clam juice butter sauce. Needless to say, It’s one of the items that set us miles apart from the competition. This flavorful dish is sure to impress guests. Salmon is a healthy protein that is rich in omega-3 fatty acids, which are good for heart health. Oregano🌿is known for its antioxidant properties and may have anti-inflammatory effects.
