Throw back to one of my favorite catering experiences ever! I did a THC infused plated dinner for two. The couple were vegan but that didn’t stop me from pulling out all the stops with this stewed cauliflower steak with gravy and crispy garlic plantain chips all the thing nom!

Totally accurate demonstration, owning a business sustaining and growing is one of the biggest challenges I’ve ever taken on. It’s tiering and can be really rough at times but I wouldn’t trade it for the world. I love what I do. For that I am grateful.

SUMMER JOB OPPORTUNITY We’re seeking an Assistant Manager position on Saturdays for Queens Night Market. My company @BlackOrchidKitchen will be representing traditional Belizean 🇧🇿 street food all season! If you know anyone who's reliable and looking for work and has interest in the food and bev industry THIS MIGHT BE THE JOB! Dates are every Saturday beginning June 19th through October 30th 12pm-12am $200 a day to start for the first week with potential to make more for the right fit if they are able to commit to multiple dates. Must be able to push pull lift bend and stand for long periods of time. Customer service experience and problem solving skills are a plus. There is also potential for hours on Sundays as well! We’re growing come work for Me !
