Today is very special to me. It marks a full year that I’ve been self employed working as a full time photographer.

A few of you that have known me for a long time can testify how many years I’ve talked about it. “I wanna quit my job and be a photographer, and just travel”. Then one day I just did it. And to let you guys in a secret; I had absolutely no plan.

Didn’t know what I was doing. Didn’t know how to begin. Didn’t know who would support. Didn’t know where I was going to end up. But I was just so unhappy with my current life at the time that I couldn’t do it anymore. I needed something more. And here we are, a year later. I know that I’ve never been happier. To do what I love, To capture special moments that people cherish and keep forever. I can do that over and over again.

So I tell everyone who’s been considering if they want more from life and are hesitating due to wanting the safe route, it’s okay, it’s scary and it’s a lot of work, but the quality of life is very different for the better. You get more out of life. You don’t have to know what you’re doing but you have to want more and that craving is going to take you far.

So here’s to a full year of my business and to many years more 🥂🍾

P.S. I created a new page to be solely my photography page where I can really post my weddings, engagements, and events. This page will mostly focus on a personal level and my travels. Man I can’t even describe this feeling. Pizza Zoo 🍕 has been consistently throwing amazing events for years now and I’ve always wanted to have the opportunity to capture it. I’ve always prided myself in giving people photos they love and cherish and keep forever. A year later i still get butterflies when I’m shooting events. Capturing special moments.

Thank you for inviting me to it was a pleasure. The vibes were immaculate.

Can’t wait for the next one.

He beat me to it by posting my work first of him but That’s a huge compliment ! Main event of charity concert. I’ve been listening to fat Joe for all my life and he still got the charisma and love for the music. That’s inspiring.

Note how I’m one photographer and I got all these angles. I work HARD. I was running around the whole venue trying to catch different views. That’s why I deserve my flowers !!! But I enjoy the adrenaline it fuels me and my work. I had a lot of fun!

Last night was amazing.

I don’t even have a year that I started pursuing my love for photography and I’m already blessed with the opportunity to shoot one of my favorite artists .i . It was also my first time ever shooting a concert and again it’s thanks to being part of .

Excited to see how much more I develop as a photographer and where it takes me. Definitely one day I want to photograph and , that would be everything.

Haldi is a turmeric paste that’s used to bless and cleanse the groom and bride from the “evil eye”. It’s a purifying ritual in Indian tradition. Usually after this ritual the couple are not allowed to leave their homes until after the wedding, to protect them from evil spirits.

On top of that turmeric paste also has health benefits because it’s an exfoliating agent, helping to remove dead cells off the skin.

Had the pleasure of taking photos at opening day for her Hope and Despair: A Study in Contrasts exhibition. Would love to do more gallery, it felt amazing.

Felt like a runway because so many people were amazingly dressed. Met really cool people.

For anyone that loves art, Gallery is opened til March 5th, 324 5th Ave, right next to Empire State Building. From afternoon to 6pm (this is not a paid promo, I just loved the art a lot 😁.

That first girl in purple definitely needs to walk in NYFW!!
