How to boost up your energy in gloomy days ⛈

We are personally don’t mind rainy days when you can let yourself relax and recharge, reading a good book in your bed or watching your favorite movie. But sometimes we really need to make our things done.
So here are some tips from us:

💡 Turn on the light.
As soon as you get out of bed, turn on the bright light in the room and throughout the apartment. It will instantly stop the production of the sleep hormone, and you will feel more alert.

💡 Take a breath.
Essential oils can help you cheer up and improve your mood. For example, citrus essences, especially sweet orange, increase the production of joy hormones and stimulate the brain. Bring the bottle of oil to your nose and take three deep breaths.

💡 Use color.
The power of the influence of color on our perception has long been proven. And here we can help you out! 😉 In winter, when bright colors are lacking outside, add them to your life with bright clothes, accessories, fruits, vegetables or bunch of nice fresh flowers. Life will become much more pleasant.

💡Add vibrant flavors.
Pour some coffee beans into the jar, add nutmeg, cinnamon stick, vanilla or cloves, and close the lid tightly. Let such a jar always be on the desktop. Open and breathe in invigorating aromas in moments of fatigue and sadness, sleep will take off like a hand, and your mood will noticeably improve.

💡Move!
The more sleep you want, the more active you need to be physically. Walk, walk, go jogging - whatever your heart desires, just in the fresh air. You will not notice how you will become more cheerful and positive.
