RAPT X Jaeger LeCoultre. What a thrilling partnership with this past November. The REVERSO 1931 Café pop-up was a unique addition to the UES but only lasted 3 weeks. To the surprise and delight of the local neighborhood, 1931 Café featured an immersive Art Deco interior and a journey through the aromas and flavors of the Vallée de Joux. In addition, guests were free to explore a multi sensory story of the iconic Reverso watch.

Another treat for both pasta and pumpkin lovers! Our gnocchi dumplings are in-house with a purée of cheese pumpkins and dehydrated ricotta. These little pumpkin pillows are then pan roasted with pleasantly bitter local radicchio, sweet baby spinach and sauced with a fragrant sage beurre noisette.

We specialize in elevated New American cooking and mixology while sourcing the highest quality ingredients from local farms and urban hydroponic gardens.
