No matter how many years you are in business or doing your job, it is crucial not to get lazy or complacent about your client proposals. This has always been at the forefront of my work and one of the most important aspects of client relations.

Too often I see very boring proposals with no creativity or visuals, missing key information and just seem very cookie cutter. This can be very frustrating to me at times, so I never want my clients to feel that way.

A proposal presentation is key to winning business because it provides a platform to effectively communicate your company's value proposition, showcase your expertise, creativity, ability to think out of the box, and persuade potential clients to choose your solution over competitors by clearly outlining the benefits you offer, addressing their specific needs, and building trust through a compelling narrative.

Here’s a short, but to the point message received from a client that proves presentation and attention to details is so important.

After being in meetings for a few days, our clients wanted to break it up with a fun evening. Something casual and fun where delegates could mingle, unwind and enjoy some laughs 😃.

Details NYC provided transfers from their hotel to a gorgeous open air private kitchen for a fun filled Pizza Making Experience. 🍕

As guests arrived, they were met with passed canapes, wine and refreshements.🍷

Next up the group was briefed with instructions as they were invited to the kitchen area to work with the master chef and assistants. Guests draped themselves with custom logoed aprons and went to town creating different items for their meal. They made all their own appetizers, pizzas and dessert. Music was pumping and the energy was high. 👨‍🍳

The evening proceeded with a sit down meal for all to enjoy everything they created. 🍲

FUN, FUN, FUN for our clients at Fidelity who were in town for a few days of meetings. They wanted to do something fun followed by dinner and somewhere close to their hotel where they wouldn’t have to use transportation.

We created a super fun facts Scavenger Hunt in Grand Central Station followed by dinner at Cipriani Dolce overlooking the Grand Concourse.
