Dirt candy! Ryan Brown Catering is still closed, and while we wait out the pandemic, I have been in Connecticut, gardening like crazy. I pulled up these beauties today – – baby rainbow carrots and beets. Can’t wait to turn them into something good. Hope everyone is staying safe, and finding ways to keep themselves occupied and creatively satisfied during this crazy time.
