Grandpa Val's BBQ is back from a really fun weekend at Red White and Que KCBS BBQ COMPETITION in Jackson New Jersey. Great time hanging with old friends and meeting new ones as well. Results are as follows

Besides our usual smorgasburg brooklyn spot this weekend, you can catch us at Finback Brewery brewery sunday celebrating there knew BQE beer. We will be bringing Paula our 12 foot smoker. We will have brisket sliders, pulled pork Sliders, baby back ribs and of course BEER!!!! So stop on by.

BBQ tip of the day. Be creative and make it your own. If you find a rub recipe or even if you buy a store bought rub or bbq sauce taste it and find a way to put your own style and spin on it. Also make sure you have beer.
