For over 30 years our guests have enjoyed professional banquet planning and individualized service in a mood-setting atmosphere that can invoke formal, romantic elegance or casual, dance party excitement. With various options open to our clients, your party can be tailored to suit your own ideas and visions. Our experienced Banquet Manager and Party Consultants will be happy to share their expertise in planning your Special Event. Centrally located and within minutes from all five boroughs, Charisma Ballroom is the ideal location to hold your next celebration. Charisma Ballroom accommodates ONLY one party at a time so you get individual consideration and personalized attention for your "Private Affair". Our main focus is on you, so you can focus on your guests. Our Banquet Hall can easily seat 75 to 300 people, affording the comfort of a small, intimate gathering or the splendor of a larger, more grandiose event. Charisma Ballroom staff assures you that all members of your party are accommodated according to your particular requests. A professional DJ, "Special Effects" lighting, current, up-to date music, and wide screen videos are available. An interview with our DJ, well before your party, guarantees that the tone of your affair is suited to your tastes and those of your guests. In addition, all announcements and Master of Ceremonies work will be performed by our skilled DJ,'s and are handled with the utmost enthusiasm and professionalism. All of your beverages are provided by Charisma Ballroom and are served by experienced, licensed Bartenders. Included in our "Open Bar" service is standard mixed drinks, imported and domestic beers, red/white/ and blush wines, and Champagne which is poured directly at your guests tables for a Toast if the occasion, and Party Package chosen calls for it. If you do not wish to have alcohol served at your celebration, a "California Bar" consisting of a variety of sodas, and juices will be available for your guests. Non-alcohol champagne will be provided for a Toast if the occasion and Party Package calls for it. A cash bar may also be available for your consideration. Ask our Banquet Manager for details. Our staff is available throughout your party to insure you and your guests prompt, courteous service. From assisting with your decorating plans through the serving of coffee and dessert, the Charisma Ballroom wait staff is dedicated to providing complete, professional service from start to finish. You need not worry about the finer details because we have already taken care of them for you. Depending on Party selections, Charisma Ballroom will decorate your affair with personalization, color, and brilliance. Guest's tables are adorned with a beautiful Bouquet of Jewel-toned Balloons in your choice of color. Personalized Napkins, and Matches or Notepads, Engraved Champagne Glasses, Engraved Cake Server, Tapered Candles in Crystal Holders, Linen Tablecloths, and Balloon arches are some of the options available in our Party Packages. CATERING*: A fully serviced Buffet Style menu is available with over 100 various items to choose from.
