Beth Torah Caterers was formed when Aodi Zilkah, Owner and Founder, started as the caterer for a synagogue called Beth Torah in Westbury, New York. Having successfully catered all the synagogue’s affairs from simple kiddushes to great Gala’s, hundreds of weddings and bar and bat mitzvahs and special occasions, Aodi retained the name of the Synagogue and spread his fresh, flavorful style of Kosher

cuisine to other establishments. Beth Torah Caterers is now based in the Forest Hills Jewish Center in Forest Hills New York. Today, Beth Torah’s renowned catering services are cherished throughout the tri-state area bringing his distinctive menus to events and celebrations all over New York, New Jersey and Connecticut where he is lauded for introducing new and unique menus featuring cuisines like Mediterranean, Israeli, Moroccan, Indian, Ethiopian, Mexican and Latin all within the sphere of Kashrut.
