🐾 This is a appreciation post.

We’ve worked with a lot of talented hosts over the years... but getting to work with rescue pup Kuma for this year’s gala was a true treat. She, along with her dog dad and fellow co-host , made for an unforgettable evening with lots of laughs and pets, while also addressing the challenges families face in taking care of their animals.

👏 Be sure to give Kuma a round of ap-paws and let her know that she’s a good girl in the comments! This year’s event raised the most funds of any To The Rescue! New York Gala to-date.

When NYC traffic grinds to a halt for the United Nations General Assembly, our Eventique team is flying through one of our busiest weeks of the year. We were proud to produce a range of incredible events for the , including the powerful HeForShe Summit.

This year was centered around being , a theme that our team can certainly rally behind. With the exceptional presence of Rupi Kaur, the extraordinary talent of pianist Chloe Flower , and meaningful discussions around gender equality – we were deeply honored to be part of this event and work hand-in-hand with those leading the charge for change.

Field of Light at Freedom Plaza will feature 17,000+ lowlight, fiber-optic stemmed spheres spanning over six-plus acres from 38th to 41st Street between First Avenue and FDR Drive in Manhattan.
..Or, as many New Yorkers might say, "You know that giant dirt lot next to the UN? Yeah, THAT place!"

If there is one music genre that has been a consistent favorite with Eventique, it is Hip Hop.

We cherish and are inspired by Hip Hop's energy, ingenuity, culture, and most of all its people.

As we salute Hip Hop’s 50 year anniversary today, we look back at some of our favorite moments working with the OGs in the industry, including Common freestyling at North Star Academy’s 20th Anniversary, DJ Jazzy Jeff representing Philly at a regional Spotify event, Rick Ross showing us who's boss at a WeWork Halloween party, DJ Stretch Armstrong spinning at the NFT festival Dreamverse, and Biz Markie (RIP) busting it up at a Reckitt party.

The Eventique team is saddened to hear of DJ Casper’s passing and sends our deepest condolences to his family. As the creator of the “Cha Cha Slide” — the most popular dance for social events in our lifetime — Casper put joy on faces, unity on dance floors, and camaraderie among guests time and time again since the early 2000s. Thank you, Willie, for making every event planner and DJ’s lives a little easier.

Can you name these three “paintings”? 🎨

Our team loves being inspired by the spaces we’re in. When producing a recent event at the extraordinary we wanted to include clever nods to art history.

So, we incorporated these interactive installations of classic artwork “come to life.” Our three muses served attendees drinks, posed for photos, and even hit the dance floor.

👀 When it comes to high-brow affairs hosted in prestigious NYC museums – we know our favorite one of the year: New-York Historical Society Special Events' Weekend with History! Hbu?

Their Eighteenth Annual event was one for the (history) books. Guests dined in Dexter Hall amongst a lovely spring tablescape and works of art from Picasso, Keith Haring, Norman Rockwell and more. We enjoyed playing a part in the evening and working alongside some of the best local vendors in the biz.

We know it takes a lot to impress New Yorkers, so our team pulled out ALL the stops for this one — from jawdropping entertainment to airbrush tattoo stations and glitter bars, it was a fun-filled and family-friendly affair!

In honor of International Women's Day, SHARE this video to help us raise $10K to uphold women's rights and to ensure that every girl is able to live up to their full potential!
